"10 YEARS FROM NOW YOU WON'T REMEMBER THE GRADE YOU GOT ON THAT TEST...BUT YOU WILL REMEMBER THE EXPERIENCE OF BEING AN ACADIA VARSITY X-COUNTRY RUNNER"

Can you believe it has been 6 years since my Dad dropped me off at Cutten House, in my large double room, all girls, 24 hour quiet, alcohol free section...

Last night we had a mini Toronto Acadia reunion pub night. Fantastic time catching up with people and seeing what everyone has been up to.

of course it brought up past stories and memories...sigh...
I give you, Acadia Top 10, in no particular order:

10. Meal Hall (not so much for the food, but for the post xc sweaty running attire people watching)
9. Orchard
8. 12 hour study days/4th floor/Shufflers/1st floor socializing
7. Just Us Soy Cafe Mochas w whip cream and sprinkles
6. Irving Center and it's huge fire place, leather couches, orange trees w lady bugs...
5. Dollar Drinks
4. New Minas - "Shopping Center of the Valley" "A Great Place to Live"...or you know "like stepping in dog poo"
3. U-Hall Meall Hall Tray Sledding
2. Gaspereau River bridge jumping - sadly I never made it tubing or jumped at 3 pools
1. XC Initiation - complete with costume, shooting the sneaker, screechin in, scavenger hunt...
