If you liked "A Day in the Life..." you're going to LOVE "A Day in my Space!"

I've decided to try posting in my space for awhile and see if I like it better.
You know where to find it!

LOVE.

Two of the things I love most are Running and Food.

I just finished a super hard run to White Rock that took 1 hour and 40 minutes. It was one of those runs where you contemplate hitchhiking home because you've already passed the short cut road home and you know you still have at least 6 more Kilometers to go. But that feeling of accomplishment and the taste of water at the end is priceless!
I then dragged myself home and after a well needed shower cooked up some dinner for myself. Whole wheat Pasta with Vegetarian TVP Sauce and Spinach Salad with yogurt dressing and sparkling Cranberry-Raspberry Beverage. MMM MMM.

Now i'm off to get some freezies for desert :)

LIZ IS 21!

This weekend celebrated Liz's birthday, and to help the celebrations Wolfville was hosting a Fire Fighting conference of some sort, so there were plenty of hot fire fighters hanging around all weekend.
I was not much of a party girl this weekend though. I worked til 11 Friday night and had to get up early for an 8 Mile Running Race this morning (which was fantastic and uber fun).
I did get a chance to check out the Wolfville Farmer's Market and get some Tofu Hummus, soak up some rays while reading Cosmo out on the lawn, enjoy some bday celebrations, see 'Dear Frankie' at the Acadia Theatre and really just relax. Je suis content.
