QUESTION.

How does one go about finding a job in Toronto? Preferably a high-decent paying nursing related job, but right now I am le desperate. and unsure of how to search/find jobs.

Today I went to Hart House gym and locked my bike up with the many others on the 'most' accessible post there was, which had two other bikes locked to it, but my bike fit in and so I went to the gym and thought nothing of it until I came back and found a lovely note attached to my bicycle...

"Hey Dickhead! Next time be considerate & lock up your bike where you don't make it a pain in the ass for others to get their bikes out! You Suck!"

My first reaction was "fuck you!" and i crumpled the note and threw it on the ground. Then I picked it up and re-read it and was quite upset and thought, I'm not an inconsiderate person :(

Also today, some random chick tried to pickpocket Billie, but luckily she caught her and used her extreme force to smash her cell phone to bits.

In other news. I'm off to the H dot for a relaxing weekend!

Tonight I had a gathering of sorts to celebrate handing in our last 'big' paper for the year. Now I love love LOVE entertaining, so I was pumped to have people over. I've been in this apt for over 2 months now and only a select few have seen it so far, sooooooooo I inivted "THE GIRLS" over tonight. And when I suggested the idea on the weeekend everyone said "yeah, that's an awesome idea" "I'm sooo there!" "We should make martinis!" ....and tonight I got "oh I have a dinner with my family tonight..." "Ohh, i'm not feeling right" "ohhh, I had a fight with my boyfriend", "last night was a little too crazy"........"Sorry, I can't come"

Sooooooooo I got 2 bottles of wine, and beer, and split 40$ worth of martinis with billie , and for allllllll of 3 people. Don't get me wrong, Billie, Amie and Me and a fantastic time drinking and eating and talking about our virginity (or lack there-of), and we had a wonderful time, but I would have appreciated a visit from the girls that I have come to call my friends.........

ROGER'S WIRELESS

I signed up in September to have extended evening and weekends (so starting at 6:00 instead of 9) which was fine...and they also told me it was free to call any roger's cell phone (sooo...doug who is in NS which they told me would still be free) and internet lite.

Sooooo I get my first bill...I have internet express b/c they thought i would like it better even though it is more expensive, I don't have extended hours and it is definately NOT free to call doug!
So my bill was 170 something instead of 70 like it should have been. Lesson learned, no more calls to doug :(
I also noticed the bill said nothing about extended hours, so I called and they said I didn't have that but they would include it on my plan starting effectively.
I get this months bill...183! Sooo i call, I DON'T HAVE EXTENDED EVENING HOURS!!!!!!! WTF.
Give me what i sign up for!!! SERIOUSLY PEOPLE!!!
And they won't credit my account, and they say they are adding the extended hours starting now...but i don't believe them! it pisses me off! grrrrrrrrrrrr.
