HOLLA!

Back from Cuba yesterday. Such a great time! Met some great new people: Jen, Alex, Richard, Kevin, Jose & Jose! Running on the beach in the morning, Malibu and PJ in our huge Che mugs @ the Disco every night, sleeping on the pool deck in the afternoon and an endless amount of fries and Cafe con Leche!

We went to Havana for a day. That was amazing. Soo nice and sad at the same time. While there we got to drink Mojito's on top on Ernest Hemingway's old Hotel, we went to the market and did a tour of a Cigar Factory and Rum Museum! (and yes i had to bring my own toilet paper!)
I bought some Havana Club Rum and a couple of Cigars and a bunch of post cards of course!
Due to the huge storm in Hali while we were soaking up the sun, our flight was delayed on our way home so we got to stay a bit longer. We left our hotel (after almost missing the bus....) at 3am...got some more Malibu and PJ in our VIP room @ the airport and arrived back in Wolfville @ 3pm on Monday to find our Profs on Strike! Woohoo!

So, in light of the strike here at Acadia I'm thinking I will probably come home. But I'm going to wait a couple of days to see if it seems like they are gonna be out for awhile. Today is day 2 of the strike.
