CHEATING CURVE.

I just cheated. And almost got caught too.

You see, Wolfville has 2 bike/athletic stores, We're Outside and Valley Stove and Cycle. I discovered the VSC in my first year and bought my very first pair of long tights there, they've also given me free Lance Armstrong posters and they also sell my favorite GU Gel.

Recently I discovered We're Outside and even started running with them every Wednesday, although I am not fast enough to ride with them...I got my new sneakers there and some E-Load.

Today I needed my tires pumped up before heading out on my ride, and I decided to go to the VSC just because they have a wide area where they fix bikes and stuff soon as you walk in. As I was turning into the parking lot of VSC though I noticed Bryan's Honda Element cruising right in front of me...I don't know if I was spotted...Anyways, the nice young guy at the door of VSC checked out my bike for me and showed me how to use the air compressor and told me all about the different valves you can get for your bike tires and decided that my chain needed a little oiling, so he got out the Teflon Lube and went to town...he didn't charge me anything and told me stop in anytime :)

Now the big question, where to buy my new bike tights...their about the same price at both stores ($80 big ones)...Which seems to be pretty standard...Although, my Dad can get them at cost for me, but I'd have to wait a few months til he puts in his next order...

Overall, I think my loyalties lie mostly with We're Outside, simply because they take me running and/or swimming every week and sometimes give me free post-run beers :)

[Carrie: Well, I think maybe there's a cheating curve. That someone's definition of what constitutes cheating is in direct proportion to how much they themselves want to cheat.Miranda: That's moral relativism!Carrie: I prefer to think of it as quantum cheating. ]
