HERE COMES THE SUN

Spring has long since past and I'm well into summer racing, weddings, vacations, training...so who has time to blog? I've been keeping healthy, happy and busy since my last post.
Liz and Nick celebrated their beautiful wedding this past weekend and I couldn't be happier for them both. And spending the weekend at Acadia in Residence with my old Acadia posey was the funnest time ever. T-Rex and I ventured out on some epic runs up Orchard, down the Dykes, around Town. We enjoyed Just Us coffee, meal hall breakfast and short cuts through the BAC.
Now I'm in Halifax for a couple days visiting with my liz, hitting up some brewery tours, Cow's Ice Cream, Atlantic History Museum ect.
I'm sad to be heading back to TO tomorrow.

In some older news, I've been taking cervelo out for some nice long rides around Waterford and the GTA - (Hit up Valley Stove & Cycle, Naus, CycleSmith, Aerobics First while home). Milton tri was a blast and next up is Ottawa 70.3 this weekend. And Sugoi has signed me on as a Sugoi Brand Champion! Pretty excited about that, but soon as I get my computer fixed/buy a new one, I will start posting pics and blogging for them a bit.

Then later this month, back East for little cowwie and neilo's vow sharing and (my favorite part) the bachelorette party!!
