I WOULDN'T TOUCH YOU WITH A 39 1/2" POLE

Saturday night Liz & Nick officially made me festive. I was invited to come help set up their new tree, with the promise of wine. It was a most delightful night and I love love loved all of it. The tree turned out spectacular, the multiple bottles of wine went splendidly with the delish cheese & crackers. Elf was great and my all time favorite...Dr. Seuss' The Grinch... :) I even sang along with christmas songs and shared my old PEI christmas traditions of meat pie (not since grade 6 for me), hand knit slippers, christmas morning running etc
It was such a delightful night that Rachel and I missed to last subway and were forced to take an adventure on the vomit-tron and didn't get home til ~ 2:30am...and then I got up at 5:50am for my running job...surprisingly enough I was perky all day even w/o coffee.
Must have got some energy when my heart grew 10 sizes last night :)
