üBER ENERGY!

Nothing better than a FANTASTIC 12K RUN to energize yourself! I was skeptical about doing another 12K with the RR after my last experience (lil kid laughing at me, falling behind and getting lost), but i was somehow convinced today was a good day for it, and it was!
It was a nice relaxed pace (5.6 min/k) with some hard hills through a ravine up by young & moore. not sure if it was the sunshine, the Gatorade, the company or the endorphins, but i felt fantastic and fullllll of energy at the end! so much so that i've been dancin around in my sports bra to my ipod since i've got back!
i think i'm on speed. where's my 5B roomdawgs when i need them for a spontaneous dance party?! come dance with me yo!!
