WHAT IS LOVE?

The other day my friend Ping's 5 year old son turned to her and said "Mummy, what is Love?" but you know in Chinese..."Just a kiss on the cheek is enough to tell me you love me". i thought that was super cute. AS A 20 something year old living in the city obsessed with SATC it's easy to get caught up in the meaning of love, and how many 'true loves' you get, and how to make love last and all that bull shiate. Maybe it should be just as simple as a kiss on the cheek. Our lives are complicated enough without defining and analyzing every moment and emotion. I love a lot of things, for instance, I love long runs, the first sip of a soy chai late, the comforting feeling of warm sunshine, laughter of my friends...having those in my life is love. or bliss. or whatever.
