I HEART RUNNING ROOM

Not that I didn't already know that, but I've discovered a new found love for the RR. Every Wednesday and Sunday I join the club to go running with them. For Free. (If I wanted to I could pay like 100$ to sign up for an actual clinic and I could also run with them on Tuesdays...but i'll stick with the free runs for now). The past couple of weeks I've been tagging along with the PB Clinic Group. We run hills, adding an extra hill each week. Today we ran 8 x 400m hills. very tough, but so much funner with a group. and the dude that lives by my place informed me that we ran a total of 11K including the warm up (he has a GPS watch). So that was awesome.
The other thing that is awesome about the running room is their webpage.
I signed up to be a member (again FREE) and with doing so you can track your training online! You add a shoe and it calculates your milage so you know when you're due for another pair, it gives you your weekly milage, you can add cross training, calculate how many calories you burned (762 today!) , you can put the conditions/weather during the run, it lists upcoming races...it does everything! well except actually going out and running for you.
I recommend you alllllll sign up on their webpage to become members! what better way to stay motivated!

PS> if anyone wants to proof read my paper on end-of-life I would lovvvve you forever! or at least greatly appreciate it :)

I'd run more, but my left hip-joint is really sore from stretching my legs in the wrong way. TANJ.

It's wonderful to find a group who enjoy the same sport as you. In Waterloo I found an actual group of people who compete in the Canadian Powerlifting Union and it's improved my training significantly. (Or has it just made me realize what I do wrong.... or does that equate to the same?)

I'm eyeing some new footware for my sport too. Squatting requires shoes with very stiff soles.
