EVER FEEL LIKE DEATH WOULD FEEL GOOD? ...no? run a marathon!

I just finished a 3 hour 50 minute run which took me past Kentville (and if you're from the valley, you'd know that's pretty damn far from little ol wolfville!)...at the begging it was a beautiful and I had my wonderful roomdawgs to keep me company for the first 3K...then it started to rain really hard, so that kinda sucked, but it cleared up and i finished my run with a slow paced 40 mins on the dykes with the other friendly runners. When i got home i felt pretty fantastic..tired and sore of course, but you know...Pleasantly Exhausted...now though....a couple of hours later, i'm tired, cold and feeling like complete and other grossness!!! Even the yummy food i bought at the market this morning makes my belly want to vomit. I'm hoping a nap will help me recoop and feel better...alllllllll this in the preparation for Myrtle Beach Marathon (Feb 18) where i really want (cross your fingers) to qualify for the Boston Marathon.

The Boston Marathon is the world's oldest annual marathon and ranks as one of the world's most prestigious road racing events. This year the race is its 110th anniversary and welcoming the world’s top marathoners (like Catherine Ndereba from Kenya and my Dad from PEI) to Boston. The race accepts a maximum field of 20,000 athletes that have qualified. I need to run allll 26.2 Miles in 3 hours and 40 minutes to qualify.
