FIRST TIME FOR EVERYTHING...

This past week I went to PEI with Roxie, Sam & Stephen...we camped and ate lots of cow's icecream and i got cranky when it rained so we packed up and headed to ch'town to find a hotel...































Then on Saturday I entered into my 1st OLYPIC DISTANCE TRIATHLON! Which for me is very excitting since i've competed in 9 triathlons now and have only completed the sprint until now. Everything was going super fantastic. I had a new wetsuit that i borrowed for the race, new aerobars, chain and cogs on my bike and new sugoi shorty's. Nothing could stop me! I even finished 2 minutes ahead of my dad in the swim (which never happens!) and it took him 24 minutes to catch me on the bike! I was averaging 27.7km/hour on the bike when the chain fell off and braked and heard the dull "POP" of my tire blowing :( The race support crew was useless and didn't even have a spare tube or pump, so i was out of the race. i cried and cursed a lot. I still finished the run. MY FIRST FREAKIN FLAT!

Then on Sunday...I went to the ZOO! again, my first time ever!
I loooooooooooved it! I got to see lots of monkeys, tigers, lions, bears, alpacas, donkeys, zebras, goats turtles and everything! i like this little guy...
