Another "Super Fun Happy Run"

Today we ran through Gaspereau...Stopped briefly at Three Pools to watch the divers (4 years in the valley and my 1st time there!!!) at one point we had to jump into the river and swim across and climb up and keep running...(it was funny to see the new girl show up with her IPOD and water resistant watch) and we finished off the run by jumping off the bridge over the Gaspereau River. We also ran down a few sand cliffs, which made our shoes really heavy when trying to swim against the current :P
I'm feeling pretty tired right about now and contentedly full :)
