IN NEED OF MEDICAL ATTENTION:
Jacksonville Marathon 2004

SATURDAY DEC 18th
7:00am - Leave Wolfville for Halifax Airport
10:50am - Plane leaves for Ottawa a bit delayed
11:40am - Land in Ottawa and run/wait through customs to catch our 11:55 flight to Orlando
6:00pm - In Florida on the way to Jacksonville (got lost a couple of times)
9:00pm - Arrive at Hotel, eat supper and pass out in bed zzzzzzzzzzzzzz

SUNDAY DEC 19th
4:00am - Wake up Call!
4:45am - Waffle House for Breaky
7:00am - Race Starts!!
7:48am - @ the 6 mile mark and feeling great!
8:50am - @ the 1/2 way mark (Mile 13.1) and the legs and foot aren't feeling too good
10:00am - stop on the side of the road to cry
10:55am - enter stadium and run to the finish line for a PR of 3:55
Recieve my medal and pass out in the grass - pleasant exhaustion??
11:30 - get some propel gatorade water and limp over to the medical tent
