FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL...

Today I biked in the rain from my apt downtown to UPEI for my first day of summer school. My course is going to involve some work, with assignments due every Tuesday and Friday (which also means I can't miss any classes). And I also need to find a used text book asap, but i'm working on that.

So, what else is going on in my life? I paint. A lot. The apt needed a lot of work and cleaning done when I moved in (doug still hasn't officially moved in yet). But after all the vacuuming, cleaning, scrubing, painting and decorating it is starting to come together. We got our phone and internet hooked up yesterday. We just need to get our furniture here. Right now i'm in the process of painting our bathroom bright red. I love it! So hopefully everything will be in place for Friday as we are having our HOUSE WARMING POT LUCK PARTY! So if you are reading this and you are my friend and I just haven't been able to contact you, you are invited!

In other news... still no job yet. I've passed out like 20 some resumes downtown but haven't heard back from any. I'm almost tempted to apply at Subway (shutter). But hopefully I'll get something soon, especially since I have like 5$ in my bank account, yikes!

Anyways, just thought I'd let everyone know I'm still alive. I'll keep yas posted on the adventures at 139 Water St.
