VERY HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!

What a great weekend!! Raced on Saturday in Halifax and ran my little heart out and collapsed at the finish. Came in top 7 on the team, so I'm going to AUS!!!!!!! I can't believe it - soo excitted. Come cheer us on in Moncton Oct. 26th!! Great job Manuela! 1st Place!! You rock! And Go PEI. Stanley Chaisson 1st place for the Mens!
I stayed @ Katie's in Halifax for the weekend and had such a great time. -Katie, I love my new family =)
Bought some new shiny running spikes for AUS. Gonna practice U-hall hills with them tomorrow.
